Important Dates for THS Seniors
Sunday, May 19th Baccalaureate Services at Bemiston Baptist Church begins at 3pm)
Friday May 24th Graduation at Mary Dumas Stadium at 7pm 

Exemption Update for Seniors on May 15th and May 16th.  
Seniors that have missed five days or more must be in school tomorrow for their semester exams. Seniors should have by now spoken with and had their parents sign their exemption forms if they will be eligible to be exempt tomorrow. Seniors whose teachers and parents have signed their exemption forms and provided them to the office will be considered exempt on Wednesday and Thursday (May 15th and May 16th) of this week. Friday is a regular day for seniors as was Monday and Tuesday of this week.


​Clarification of Senior Exam Schedule
Please review the following information to reduce any confusion over what days will be considered exemption dates.  
1.Seniors should be here all week May 13-17, 2013. These dates count toward exemption for next week’s exams. No one is excused from school this week.  
2.Seniors may take exams early only on May 15th and May 16th.  
3.No exam may be given EARLY to any other grade level. 
4.Juniors in classes with Seniors MAY NOT take their exam earlier than the last week of school.  
5.Students in grade 9 through 11 MAY NOT take their exams earlier than the last week of school.  
6. Students that have missed more than 20 days of a class can be withheld credit for course work resulting in being required to repeat the course. This can jeopardize graduation!
